Registered Nurse, IVF Nurse Coordinator

Location: Thousand Oaks
Job Description:
Seeking a friendly, pleasant, caring individual, who is a fast-learner, and has shown longevity at previous employers. Position requires someone who is able to multi-task, work quickly, problem-solve, have good judgment with day-to-day job functions, has excellent organization skills, and able to handle a high-demand environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ovulation Induction; IVF coordination; IV; medication instructions; patient care coordination; facilitates procedures and coordinates patient cycles and maintains patient charts; consistently demonstrates professional skills and abilities, utilizing their knowledge base and skills sets to promote the highest quality of patient care; provides direct patient care under the guidelines of the State of California’s Nursing Practice Act. Must be able to work in a team environment, have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Educational Requirements:
– Graduate of an accredited school for R.N.s
– Valid California Registered Nurse License
– CPR/ACLS/BCLS Certification

Qualifications & Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting preferred (willing to train new R.N.s grads)

Registered Nurse/3rd Party R.N. Coordinator

Location: Thousand Oaks
Job Description:
• Assist with the management of egg donors, gestational carriers, embryo donation, known sperm donors and intended parent (client) relationships from inception to completion and ensure that the gamete source(s) are medically and genetically screened according to company and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Cycle Coordinators for cases where a donor or a surrogate is needed.
• Collaborate and maintain productive partnerships with financial coordinators, attorneys, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care and service.
• Initiate intake of new Third-Party matches to streamline the individual’s pre-screening care.
• Counsel patients about all details of Third-Party Cycles and the process.
• Work closely with, and serve as a clinical resource for other coordinators on the Third- Party team, IVF staff, physicians, and nurses.
• Act as liaison between intended parent/client and the Third-Party donor /surrogate.
• Act as the liaison between the agency and Third-Party Nurse Coordinator.
• Continuously keep up to date and informed of FDA regulations and ASRM guidelines related to Third-Party Cycles.
• Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care.
• Ability to communicate, problem-solve independently, respond quickly to all key team members is critical, and be able to multi-task.

Educational Requirements:
– Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
– Minimum 2 years of experience in women’s health

Front Office Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Location: Thousand Oaks
Job Description:

Medical Assistant

Locations: Thousand Oaks, Encino, & Santa Monica
Job Description:
Position requires someone who is a team-player and able to multi-task, work quickly, problem-solve, have good judgment with day-to-day job functions, has excellent organization, computer, and typing skills, and able to handle a high-demand environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, performing patient-care functions under the supervision of the physician or registered nurse, and within established scope of practice. Directs patients to proper exam and procedure rooms; prepares and instructs patients for examinations and other procedures; phlebotomy; prepares, maintains and cleans exam, treatment areas, and medical equipment; maintains logs and other records of medical procedures; orders and maintains inventory of supplies; performs clerical and other duties as assigned. Work location will be in our Santa Monica and Encino offices, in addition, to occasional travel to the Thousand Oaks office. Initial training will occur at the Thousand Oaks office for approximately three months.

Educational Requirements:
– Possesses a High School Diploma
– Graduate from an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
– CPR Certification

Qualifications & Experience
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting or women’s health preferred
– Requires travel between our Santa Monica and Encino Office locations

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Medical Insurance/Benefit Auth Representative for a fast-paced, extremely busy, three-physician infertility and surgical medical office located in Thousand Oaks. Seeking a friendly, pleasant, caring individual, who is a fast-learner, and has shown longevity at previous employers. Position requires someone who is able to multi-task, work quickly, problem-solve, have good judgment with day-to-day job functions, has excellent organization skills, and able to handle a high-demand environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: HMO and PPO Insurance Benefit Verifications, HMO and PPO DOS Authorizations, Pre-Certifications for Surgeries, and Prior Authorizations for medical services. Must be able to effectively communication with patients by telephone and/or email, and use an EMR system. Must be able to work in a team environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements:
– Certified Medical Biller / Coder, Preferred
– High School Diploma or higher
